Montana operates its state prison system through the Montana Department of Corrections (MDOC). Securus Technologies handles phone calls at Montana state correctional facilities including Montana State Prison in Deer Lodge and Montana Women's Prison in Billings. The MDOC number is required for all mail and communication accounts.

Use the MDOC offender search at cor.mt.gov to find the MDOC number and current facility. JPay handles money deposits to Montana inmate trust accounts. Montana county jails use their own phone vendors independently from MDOC state facilities. Yellowstone County Detention Facility in Billings and Cascade County Detention Center in Great Falls each use their own contracted providers. Always confirm the specific provider for each county facility.
