Ohio State Penitentiary

Ohio State Penitentiary is a supermax correctional facility operated by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, located in Mahoning County near Youngstown in northeastern Ohio. Opened in 1998, it is the only supermax facility in the Ohio prison system.
